Just as the title says... We discuss here what setups we wish to introduce/play/experiment with and talk amongst each other. This will eliminate overly imbalanced TWG's.

ALSO - I would like to discuss our full set of time zones and determine the best possible times to shift from Day to Night in TWG's to eliminate any possible unneeded unfair situations.

I am wondering, what about Daylight saving time? Not every country has it, but some do, and it may affect this table. Btw, Daylight saving time is called "Horario de verano" in Colombia at least, which can be translated as "Summer Time" and I just found out. Does only happen in summer? Is there anyone in here which GMT goes affected by it?

wait, you have Horario de Verano in your city? Because in here in Medellin is the same hour all the year  scratch

Almost entire western world is using it, so whoever is from Europe and US is affected. Also, it lasts for around 7 months, during spring and summer, so it is still in effect. For one more month I think.

There's currently an 11 hour difference atm.
I'm in EST-5, which when I was putting everything down made sense, i'll fix it since DST is in effect Razz
Daylight Savings Time is from the second Sunday of March until the first Sunday in November is the start to finish.
