Time Stop: (100 Dex / 100 Int) <Active/Passive> Able to stop time. Passive give grants a chance% to activate to help your dodge rating.

Duplication: (250 int / 200 forgery / 450 time stop / 250 time travel) <Active> Duplicates the original object.


HEALTH TABLE
If your normal CON is 6 (MAX stat without item or status) then:
If you receive 6 damage, you can not move
If you receive 7 damage, you will become paralyzed
If you receive 8 damage, you start dying
If you receive 9 damage, you keep dying
If you receive 10 damage, you are death

This game can involve some meta-gaming, since some missions can imply to go and post over there, or bring some image, etc. But the main game is about the story of you trying to find your way in this broken world. Are you ready to roll the dice?

I will use my DEX to move faster around her, flick her ear but not too hard, use a feather and target her legs first, and then lower back. I will also pinch her butt & randomly poke her in different places. Dodge her counter attacks with DEX.

ACTION: I will use my high DEX to get close to the thief. Then I will use my Wind Control to slower the Movement rate of this thief, so the others will have the chance to catch up with him, even allowing them attacking at the same time. I will conceal the use of my power by pretending to be in the middle of practice some weird moves for dancing.
If there is a chance, I will use my DEX to pick any item drop by the Thief. I will return it to his/her right owner or to the relevant authorities.

Focus vision to see if the man is holding anything dangerous, warn others if he is. Subdue him with the help of the others. Hide some money for me. Return the others.
In spare time, buy bow with money, make some arrows using fletching skill. Basic arrows from branches and sharp rocks are ok for now.

Try to use lightning control to conjure up something in my hands so that when I go near the thief, I will try and hit him with lightning in his weak point. Evade any retaliations, and if there's any melee weapons/swords nearby, try to use it fend off the thief.

Chase the thief and try to tackle him. Return anything he stole.
