WEREWOLF DICE: The Cube that Changes Everything: A New Beginning

Wow, five players are in already. Didn't expect that. xD

Story: After Destroya, Abe, DE and Shadower left the post-apocalyptic world, Black Fang molded it into a new world, made it his. Bringing life to whatever he can imagine, until he mysteriously disappeared after 12 thousand years.

Four thousand years have passed, the new world prospered. It had resembled the old world in a way, but it is far different from it. Magic is now widely used, and there are monsters in every uncivilized nook and cranny of the world. There were only 11 settlements in the world, one belonging to each sentient race, and a single capital.

A silhouette hovered over the capital. It played around 2 dice in its hand, and whispered, "Time to have some fun." Afterwards, he brought forth his wings, 4 black and 4 white, and zoomed into the sky.

While living out your normal earthly lives at the normal Earth. Each  of you have received a mysterious message from the envoy called Joe Herman. He invited you to a new life, a new world. Will you accept it?

Races:

Khuman: A fragment of how Black Fang remembers humans, the Khuman is a jack-of-all-trades race that can easily adapt to any situation, using any means necessary. Their settlement lies in the SE, near the vast ocean. Their weapon of choice is the ever-reliable sword.

Elf: A race characterized by their long blonde hair and long pointy ears, the Elf prefers to live in peace than to deal with the other barbaric races. Living in a hidden settlement in the forest to the NW, they practice using the staff to calm and balance their minds.

Dwarf: The fox-like race lives comfortable at the base of the mountains to the N. Mining the caves as their main source of income, they have learned to be resilient against all odds. They wield the slow but powerful hammer like it was just a wooden stick.

Gnome: A race constructed from magic by the mysterious Celestians, they are born with much knowledge of the world, though their expressionless face show otherwise. They live in the ruins to the NE, utilizing the technology left behind to make a settlement. They use cards infused with magic as their tools.

Khulaz: Once a section of the Khumans, they were cursed by the mischievous Diablos to be shorter. Adaptable as they were, the new sect uses the agility of their small bodies to move swifter. They made a settlement of their own on the plains to the SW, and started calling themselves Khulaz. Adjusting to their small bodies, they use dagger to further make use of their agility.

Fairy: Hunters of the vast forest to the NW, they use the bow to kill their prey. Preferring to be always on the move, the fairies lives as nomads, travelling back and forth and staying together.

Felpur: Cat-like race that came from a distant island, they made the seemingly uninhabitable desert to the S their home. They are very cunning and uses the weird weapon Claws to confuse their enemies.

Bahamun: Living high up the mountains to the N with powerful monsters as their only prey, the dragon-like race are taught to be strong and tough from the moment of their adolescence. The lance is their best friends as it pierces the armor of even the toughest of the enemies.

Diablos: A demonic, mischievous but powerful race that lives in a hidden world underground, they only come out to the world to bring chaos. Using the ever unique blood magic, their artifacts are the life-channeling Orbs. (Unplayable)

Celestian: A kind race with a strong sense of justice, the angelic Celestians is the other powerful race that only comes out to bring order. The Sigils they were focuses magic very well. (Unplayable)

P.S. The weapons aren't race-limited, those are only specialties. Everyone can learn to wield a weapon, but the best quality weapons can only be found in each of the cities. E.g. The best sword can only be smithed by a Khuman.

The characters can be one of the 8 playable races, and the bio must detail their childhood until pre-adult period.

I'll join, I'm going to wait a bit posting any character bio. As any potential changes in the races may change my interests.

There isn't a maximun numbers of players actually. xD Though I am gonna test how much I can handle, given my lifestyle. :-)

Character Name: Ryu
Nickname: Dragon
Class: Khuman/Human Paladin (Weapon focus longsword with basic destruction and restoration magic.

At an early age, Ryu started his training as a knight working up his standing ranks. Though, originally was supposed to be a common knight among the kingdom military power, however, he was chosen to be part of an elite group called Holy Knights of Ancients which was created by Queen to be her daughter's elite protectors. With the Princess interest in history, she has her Knights named after the heros of the past.

Class: Paladin

Weapon of Choice: Long Sword

Bio: In a word with magic and powers everywhere, not everyone can be a hero. That's the case of Jonas Percival, an orphan who was picked up in a river, floating in a basket. It was determined for the clerics of Cross Town that he has holy powers, but there were already too many Paladins that year, and Jonas didn't had a great amount of power anyway,so he was chosen to be raised and trained to fight the menial task that almost no one want to do. Laundry is his specialty, but also tailoring, cooking, cleaning and a lot of stuff not-combat related. And Jonas hate it. It is true that he was trained in the sword, mainly to defend any home from bandits. He is considered the weakest of the paladin from Cross Town, where there are like 100 of them. Secretly, Jonas want to be stronger,because maybe in that way he could do something else than fighting the dust. Can X change the life of the one, chosen to battle the dirt?

She was searching for something meaningful in her life. Just living day to day, doing the same routine, the same chores, the same things that every normal being does. Practicing using her daggers was some kind of hobby she enjoys doing. Spending time with friends, keeping a mask on and just going with the flow. A cycle of her everyday life she finds dull, so she searches for something that can make living interesting.

Huh, exactly a week from last week's update huh....
Stats, and stat system will prolly be nxt week, and if you guys give me enough reasons, i'll prolly integrate the brave system, Those who knows bravely default knows how is it, meaning it will be a godsend for the late posters. (I'm looking at you, Shadower. :3)

Btw, all of your starting stats are balanced per as your race defines. How high they are though, of course depends on me.

As soon as you press send, the world seems to cybernetically collapse, and be sucked into your phone as binary digits. You too, slowly become data and into the wormhole of your phone.

A disembodied voice asked you "What life do you want?", and as you imagine it, the data from the phone flowed out and begin to materialized.

The next thing you know is a sword coming towards you. You dodged it frantically and pathetically I might say. In the process, your phone got slashed and digitally disappear. Your foe says "Stand up and fight fool, or I'll fishslap you."

What happens next? Find out next week in the 2nd episode of DICE: A cheesy ripoff with godly jokes.

"I know, you always finish in a jiffy." she jokingly says and smiles while retreating to the bedroom.

Chuckling and sighing hard afterwards, you return to your laptop. A message from a certain Joe Herman, "I can give you an inspiration, if you want. Y/N" it says. Paranoid at first, you try to call out to your gf, but she doesn't respond. Curiosity gets the best of you and you typed Y. The moment you pressed "Enter" was the moment you regret it.

The world seems to cybernetically collapse, and be sucked into your laptop as binary digits. First thing you thought about was your girlfriend, so hurried to her room. She too was becoming data. Clothes first then body. Cursing (and thanking) whoever wrot---I mean was behind this, you noticed your own body digitalizing.

A disembodied voice asked you "What life do you want?", and as you imagine it, the data from the laptop flowed out and begin to materialized.

A clash of swords upstairs, the Holy Knights and some of the better novice knights are practicing. And here you are, holding a dirty shirt and a wooden frame. You return to your laundry duty and rub the clothes hard against the wooden frame. Dipping both the wooden frame and cloth into the rinsing water, you realized the wooden laptop was your laptop all along, and it began to dematerialize and disappear.

A laugh emanates from behind as an 8-winged person suddenly appears, "Poor little Percy, don't you want more power than pretty small you have presently? If yes, I can give it to you." He smirks at you, waiting for a response.

On his way home after submitting his wayyyyyyyyyy past due homeworks, Alexa checks his vibrating phone. A set of spam messages from Joe Herman saying, "Want to play a game?" is all that he could see. Not being able to deal with the bull poop now, he ignored it.

A week has passed after moving to a new place for the nth time. After his daily Dawngate at day, crime fapper fighter at night, he checked his phone and replied, "Sure noob, let's start anew."

An heir to the chieftain of one powerful Bahamun tribe, Dio was named after a powerful mythical warrior and expected to match his legendary feats. Unfortunately, at an early age, Dio has discovered that the brutal lifestyle of his kin wasn't for him. After witnessing a ritual during the Great Hunt, which involved extraction and consumption of a still beating heart from the captured big black bear, young Bahamun could never again taste the flesh of mountain beasts. His mother was the first to find out about this and decided that they should hide it from the strict and proud father. She would sneak out when everyone was asleep and gather all kinds of fruits and berries to feed her son.
Years passed and Dio's secret was safe, as he grew bigger and stronger, winning lance duels against his peers in training matchups. However, time drew near for his first Great Hunt, a ritual to mark the entrance into adulthood.
Village elders gathered, already prepared for the event, and awaited the young Bahamun. After the long wait, he finally appeared, without the traditional garments, making the nervous crowd stop in silence. Dio's father finally stepped up and asked what is the meaning of this. After his son replied that he will not take part in the savage ritual, and explained how he was feeding for the past years, proud chieftain furiously exclaimed that he has no son anymore and that the weakling is banished from the village.
Before leaving, Dio told his devastated mother that he will return and prove to his father that strength can be obtained through other means.

Weeks passed as young Bahamun journeyed through the mountains, until one day he reached a mysterious temple. There he found monks belonging to various races, devoted followers of Celestian deities, living in peace while practicing martial arts. He decided to stay there, and started training with a staff, weapon feeling the most familiar after all the years spent using lance.
Time passed and Dio was finally a young adult. One day, after his morning practice, summons came from the head monk. No one ever saw the head monk, and there were rumors that it was actually a Celestian, so Dio was nervous when he stepped into a large dark room.
"It is time for you to go." Voice suddenly echoed, but there was no one around.
"You must travel east, to the capital, that is where your destiny awaits." Dio silently nodded, turned back and went on a new journey.

ACTION: I try to get information from the 8-winged person

TALK: "I don't care about power, but I want to know where is my girlfriend. Tell me where she is. And if you can be nice and add more info about the reason for everything turning data, I will appreciate it."

NOTE: If the only way to find my girlfriend in this world is accepting his power, I will take it, reluctantly.

Having more power is always good, no?

Moving on, I shall kick his butt, as those who try to pick a fight with such a lethal weapon aginst me must be an evil guy.

Everyone knows what the girl should do.
